Help is just a click away Whether it's offering a solution to your problem, advice, or just a sympathetic shoulder to lean on, the EF Support unit is dedicated to give you all the help you need to make your life with EF as easy as possible.
The EF Support team is a team of passionate people dedicated to supporting our EF participants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When it comes to the time of day, it doesn’t matter: There is someone there for you. From feeling homesick to having an issue with your host family, to simply needing someone to chat to, the EF Support unit is here for you.
“EF Support really is the heart and soul of the EF programme. They are the ones that are working their magic behind the scenes to make sure everything is coordinated beautifully and communication is flown between all parties. From organizing travel to solving disputes, the EF Support team are there to help 24/7, with tact and consideration. It is thanks to their great work that our EF participants are able to concentrate on taking in the experience and getting the best out of their trip abroad.
The EF Support team is here to support and provide expert knowledge to resolve issues or if you have any concerns in Hedge-Funds ecosystem. If they face a medical emergency, a problem with their host family, or just feel like they’re drowning under the weight of culture shock, we have a crisis plan in place that allows us to intervene and help. Our aim is to ensure that all participants feel as though they are supported and cared for while with us on camp.
Beyond being a source of expertise, the EF Support team speaks both English and Spanish and can also help our travelers find their way around new surroundings and different cultures. Whether you need a hand reading a menu, some clarification on local customs or a tour guide for a new city, you can rely on our team to make your journey as stress-free and enjoyable as you want it to be.
